There are only a few days left for the great Crossfit event in Spotorno, one of the few in Italy of this kind held directly by the sea. The sporting event, organized by Francesco Pendola of the “Bagni Colombo” in Spotorno and by Mauro Corriga from the “Crossfit 2105” gym in Savona is in its fourth edition and this year many surprises and a record of participants are expected!
The competitions consist of a high intensity WOD series (as the training in Crossfit is called) carried out at intervals on the sand of the Bagni Colombo beach in Spotorno; there will be structures for tractions, ropes, rings, SUPs, rowers, barbells and all the equipment used for this discipline.
The wait for the event is long and confirmed is the participation of characters such as Alice Mastriani, champion at national level and beyond, Juba Damiani and others. The competition is organized in different categories: "Experience", "Open", "Elite" and "Over + 75"
The activities for the athletes and the surprises for the public are numerous, the particularity is to participate and attend a unique and exciting competition in a fairytale setting.
The location is the wonderful beach of the Colombo baths in Spotorno, an excellent opportunity to experience the beach in an original way at the end of the bathing season, also thanks to the SPRITZ PARTY on Saturday evening open to all!
