Sancho Oil is the result of a long tradition: it began its "journey" towards the middle of the last century, with Christian's father, the current producer, when it was still pressed with an ancient stone mill. Since then the evolution has never stopped, leaving the quality and goodness of the product unchanged. The production of extra virgin olive oil takes place exclusively in Liguria.

The olive groves, which enjoy an excellent position for the production of olives for pressing, are located on the hill above Spotorno, exposed to the sea and to the sun all day, producing a very high quality oil. The plants, of Taggiasca quality, are grown on strips with dry stone walls, for excellent water drainage. Production is characterized by small numbers and great quality.

The Extra Virgin Olive Oil, obtained exclusively from Taggiasca olives from our olive groves, has very particular organoleptic characteristics and a very low level of acidity. It is ideal for both raw seasoning and cooking, enhancing every dish.
