Now in its 14th edition, Swimtheisland confirms itself as one of the most important events on the European scene, with over 2.500 swimmers expected. The Gulf of the Island, with its crystal clear waters and the Marine Protected Area of Bergeggi Island, offers an ideal setting for this event. A perfect combination of sport and nature, which every year attracts enthusiasts and competitors from all over Italy and beyond. A rich program for all tastes
Swimtheisland offers a varied competition program, suitable for all ages and levels of preparation. Let's start Saturday October 5 with the 800-meter races, including the Family Team Event, perfect for sharing the passion for swimming with the family, the Sprint Challenge, for those who love speed and adrenaline-filled challenges, and the MWM Relay, an exciting relay that tests collaboration and team spirit. There will also be races dedicated to the little ones, with KID'sTHEISLAND, to introduce children to swimming in a safe and fun environment, and the 1.800-meter Short Swim, ideal for those who want to test themselves on a challenging but accessible distance.
Sunday October 6 it will be the turn of the Sunrise Swim, the suggestive non-competitive collective swim at dawn, a unique experience to start the day with energy and immersed in the beauty of the Gulf. This will be followed by the 3.500-meter Classic and the 6.000-meter Long Swim, the queen races of the event for the most expert and resistant swimmers. For the more daring, there will also be the Combined Swim and the Super Combined Swim, which combine different distances and will put the resistance and determination of the participants to the test.

Swimtheisland 2024 It promises to be a star-studded edition. Among the most anticipated participants, the Olympic bronze medalist stands out Geneva Taddeucci, who conquered the podium in the 10 km at the Paris Games. Her presence adds a touch of prestige to the event and represents an inspiration for all swimming enthusiasts.
