SUITABLE FOR

Stand Up Paddle is a sport for everyone!

Recommended age from 14 to 75 years, with exceptions; on specific request it is possible to organize outings even with younger children with tailor-made boards and paddles. 

The only skill required is knowing how to swim and not having an excessive fear of water.

ABOUT US

I introduce myself: I am Giorgio, SUP technical instructor of the Italian FISW Federation with lifeguard license. I love Stand Up Paddle at 360 degrees and I consider myself an expert teacher with all sea conditions. I have been teaching for several years and my desire is to share magical moments that only with this activity you can experience!

We propose a guided SUP excursion in the Bergeggi Marine Protected Area, suitable for all levels: an excellent opportunity to get to know new places, their history and their characteristics in complete safety, serenity and fun!

The guided excursion includes the teaching of the SUP activity that will be addressed during the journey, essential to reach the island of Bergeggi, the coves and the sea caves with possible snorkeling breaks! To guarantee its quality, the experience is limited in number.

In addition, the more adventurous can experience new emotions by choosing the Night SUP Experience solution: exit at sunset with an aperitif or at dawn with breakfast!

The cost of the experience includes the equipment (rigid board, paddle and leash) and a souvenir photo package!

WHEN

All year round, the sea never closes!

All activities must be booked in advance.

In summer there are Saturday and Sunday outings from morning until evening, but also evening outings on weekdays (from 17:30). However, other times can be agreed on working days.

In the low season (autumn, winter, spring) we organize outings in the hottest hours on Saturday and Sunday and, on specific request, on weekdays.
