Departure from the Municipality of Noli in Piazza Milite Ignoto
Through a path between olive terraces you go up the slopes of Mount Ursino (121 meters) from whose summit the grandiose and spectacular ruins Castle (begun in the XNUMXth century) dominate Noli. Inside, we will be able to walk on the walkways that overlook the "keep" and flank the high circular watchtower. Two curtains of crenellated walls (XNUMXth century) descend to the cliffs overlooking the sea and towards the town. It is the best preserved defensive monument in all of western Liguria.
The proposed itinerary does not present particular difficulties, but requires a minimum of training and a habit of walking
