Departure from the parish church of SS.Annunziata in Spotorno

The route begins with a visit to the Parish of SS Annunziata, and then continues to the medieval village of Monte, an authentic corner of Liguria with charming arches, streets and squares where time seems to have stopped. Through a narrow creuza, you reach the Bishop's Castle. It ends with a visit to the Oratories of Santa Caterina and the SS Annunziata treasure chest of Ligurian art masterpieces: paintings, processional christs and the "chest" of the SS Annunziata by AM Maragliano.

The proposed itinerary does not present particular difficulties, taking place partly in the Monte hamlet where there are some short steep climbs, however it requires a minimum of walking training
