Departure from the Ferrin restaurant in the Manie plateau

Almost the entire route develops within a special protection area; it is in fact one of the most interesting naturalistic places of western Liguria with its great variety of environments with high biodiversity and its wild physiognomy and from which you can enjoy splendid and suggestive views over the whole Ligurian arc, from Capo Mele to Gallinara, in Genoa and Portofino, in the Apuan Alps up to Corsica, offering splendid landscape and panoramic views over the entire Gulf of the Island.

The route begins with a beautiful path in the twilight of a Mediterranean scrub forest that will lead to the area of the Capo Noli traffic light on vertical walls of Triassic limestone overlooking the sea. Subsequently we will touch other points of particular interest such as the Torre delle Streghe erected by the Nolesi, allies of Genoa, to indicate the border with Varigotti and an ancient Roman fundus. We will return through the woods

The proposed itinerary does not present particular difficulties, but requires a minimum of training and a habit of walking on dirt and rocky paths
